Visiting Us
The Stormwater Park and Learning Center houses the MWMO’s offices as well as its educational and interpretive facilities. The building is staffed from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (except federal holidays). The front door is usually locked, but you can ring the doorbell for access.
Parking
There is limited parking available in the MWMO lot. Overflow parking is available on the street in the surrounding neighborhood. Do not park in Tony Jaros’ lot next door. (See the map below for details.)

Bike Parking
A pair of bike racks are available near the front entrance of our building, facing Marshall Street NE.

Classroom 108, commonly referred to as the “Dry Classroom,” is our largest classroom and typically used for more formal meetings and presentations. The classroom can accommodate groups up to 60 depending on table and chair arrangement.
The Stormwater Park and Learning Center features a small kitchen, with separate windows facing both Classrooms 108 (the “Dry Classroom”) and 113 (the “Wet Classroom,” not available for rental). The kitchen is not certified for the preparation of food; only catered food is allowed.
